Soon following, Arnold converted 6.8-acres of barren land into one of the most distinguished self-storage facilities in the region. The remaining 40 acres is currently under development.
In his latest expansion, Arnold has already completed both swift construction and occupancy of the first three self-storage units, a testament to his prowess in project management and contracting. Today, these structures stand as a beginning of his passion to safeguard the cherished belongings of the Leech Lake community.
